This place has been a horrible experience. The parking is tight in the staging area. They do not care about the drivers or our time. I have been here for 16 hours, waiting for a door. They will not update you on your wait time. When you call to find out, they have an attitude. Like you are inconveniencing them. I will not come back to this facility.

It is a garbage place, one of the worst places where I have arrived for 8 hours and they do not call and I was very punctual to my support, others arrive and they have a door, the afternoon shift is the worst, everyone is lazy, if they can, avoid this place, do not come

I've been here exactly 24 hours and 5 minutes and still sitting in the stage area...there are 5 of us here that have waited that long. I was told that they had to brew more beer for my load. I hope i never have to come back here.

Update on this : Live loads can check in up to 12hrs early only if they need to reset before getting loaded. If a reset is not needed 1-2hrs early is acceptable. All drivers can drop trailers on the order they are specifically coming to pick up. Even live loads u do not have to live load. Entirely up to you bobtailing is acceptable only if u have a trailer currently on property. Bobtailing off property is always allowed 1hr leave time is allowed if live loading
I always 90 percent of time show up 12 hours eArly they load me in first 3 hours, then i pull off to side stay for 7 more and lve with a full 11 hour day to ride
