I've been here exactly 24 hours and 5 minutes and still sitting in the stage area...there are 5 of us here that have waited that long. I was told that they had to brew more beer for my load. I hope i never have to come back here.
That's sad. I've never waited more than 2 hours. Did something break.
Jermaine Ellison I was NOT told any of that when I checked in so either you're lieing or the front gate isnt doing there job correctly. Either or is VERY UNACCEPTABLE
As one of the logistical officers for the site. You are told at the gate how long a wait is usually. If your order is not ready we tell you and give you 3 options. 1. Live load and wait nicely. 2. Drop the trailer on the order and bobtail off property so you arent stuck on site for extended periods of time. Or 3. Refuse the load and call your dispatch to attach you to something else. The brewery loads thousands of trailers a day.
I'm there several times a week. Sometimes they are waiting on beer to come in on a truck from a different plant. You can call beerflow and they may cut 2 pallets if that's all your are waiting on, or replace it with something else.
Sorry
