Fantastic classic old theatre with the best popcorn on the planet! During the covid break they upgraded the seats, and they are wonderful. Always nice to be able to order beer and wine. The tiled sidewalk out in front of the building needs replacing, and this time, the tiles are going to have the stars names on them. Our take on Hollywood. The "Stars" are islanders and others that have sponsored the theatre, or that have been a part of it's history.

A true gem. We are so lucky to have this beautiful little theater and the great owners who make seeing new and old films a wonderful, friendly Island experience. It has an awesome selection of snacks and drinks, and the best popcorn ever made in a genuine antique popcorn popper! Enjoy it as much as you can!

Love our little island theatre! Great movie selections, from first run blockbusters to indie sleepers to special/free community events, and even the occasional concert. Excellent concession stand, with prices that won’t break the bank. Beer and wine, too (if you’re so inclined)! Whether you’re a visitor or an islander, you can’t go wrong at the Vashon Theatre!

Great independent theatre! Concessions are a good deal. Wide range of snacks and drinks (including wine, beer, and cider). Staff is always friendly. The theatre itself is adorable and feels like stepping into the 1960's! ❤️❤️❤️
