There are no supplies/ equipment to purchase but the staff are nice. There was there was an issue with extra charges, I contacted U-Haul and it took a few days before I received an email with a credit for the charges.

Please be aware before running at this location I went to make a rental purchase today for a truck I added a driver to my account when I added that driver to my account the driver had passed history with U-Haul the corporate company of U-Haul alerted me when I called them back they informed me that they will not be able to rent to me because I added this driver who have passed history with them on a path contract can you believe that was held up for all day and was denied rental access on behalf of me adding a driver that I did not even know that I just hired to do a job now you have attached my information with his information making me be responsible for a path contract that he has with the company over $2000 And charges a pass contract and they’re holding me responsible as if I was attached to that pass contract currently here in the present so be aware before you go and rent with this type of corporation because they will take your information and attach it to a drivers information if they have had any past history with them and he alert you until that person take cares of their debt as if you have caused the death itself This is not the type of company that you want to trust and do business with

Horrible second experience already, I made my reservation with a week ahead and I got a call a day before my pick up and I was told that they didn’t have a truck for me, I had paid already I had plans, buuutttt they didn’t care. They told me to go Penske or somewhere else, (and this was the supervisor telling me this, Benni or something like that) WTH! Till now I hadn’t had my money back. They told me they had a truck like an hour and a half away from my house really closed to where I was moving, and I only had 100 miles free, and rest .69 cents it’s like whaaaatt!? I’m going to waste my gas because of you!!! Second and last time reserving with U-Haul. I Do not recommend it at all.

I have had multiple bad experiences BUT the latest was the last straw. I called on Sunday to make a reservation, I got the voicemail during operating hours which states if you leave your information you will receive a call back. I followed the instructions left my information and waited.Monday morning comes around and I have had no phone call so I wait for them to open at 8 and call again, this time a man answered and after I told him I was interested in a reservation and somewhat frustrated already I was told he had multiple people in front of him and he would need to take my call back information. I informed him I did not feel comfortable as I was still waiting on a call from Sundays message. he repeated that he couldn't help me at that time and asked for my information, I gave him the information and have yet to hear back. My understanding from previous experience and talking to workers is that they do not pay well and therefore no one wants to be there. The employees lack of concern for my time and money is evidence of the fact that he doesn't care for his job. Thanks to all the time waisted I had to drive farther out and push back necessary plans to go to a different uhaul rental. We rent trucks frequently for various reasons and will never be returning to this site. Please don't waste your time or money!
