With all respect to this apartment building complex, since the old management office has been changed, the new management their efforts by maintaining the administration and the maintenance in the building are is not like before. Nevertheless, the management office they are charging the tenant for the pet, and I am pet friendly; however, there is pet peeing in the elevator, and the smell of the elevators is awful. I have been living in this building for a while. The only reason that keeps me from staying on is the location to university or otherwise; I would suggest if you have a car to live in Harrison.
