Where do I start! Anyone with next to no credit will understand the pressure of dealerships and buying a used car. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. Building up your credit takes time and money. Both of which can be daunting and exhausting. My score is below 600 and I aquired a cosigner which helped. Isaac our sales rep took every measure to ensure we left with the car I was looking at. He definitely made me feel like there is a small light that still shines on humanity. Never give up is all I can say to anyone looking to better their credit. People Like Isaac are out there to help.😎🙏

Their service department is a good reason not to buy a Jeep! They appear to be under staffed. No time to greet, or even acknowledge, customers when they arrive. Impatient, rushed when they do get to you. Hard to reach when you try to call for status update. Took two weeks to get a part that was supposed to be in two days (I finally had to call the parts department to see if it was in). We had to pay in advance for the part and labor but when we went to have the part installed told we owed for the part plus sales tax?! Too many mistakes ... They either need more help or less business

So probably the worst communication I have ever experienced. The lack of follow threw is sad . I am here is San Diego and was trying to purchase a Jeep from this dealership. I spoke with Brooklyn and Mario several times they should really consider working for Dodge as these two perfected the word. Steer clear of this place at all cost
