Dealing with Ruben Flores at (Luis Garcia)State Farm has been WORLD CLASS. To start I only had a policy for my rental property with State Farm. After a horrific event two years ago at that property the coverage/protection I had covered all costs. At that time being presented with a bill over $40k, and not knowing how it would be paid was beyond terrifying. After communication with Ruben he put me in contact with the rep at State Farm for my particular claim & my mind was at ease.
