They have provided me with great care and concern, I received information with programs they provide. I can only speak on my experience I left with my selfish respect.

The addiction treatment services provided by TPCHD is the best by far of all the other clinics I have gone to. The counselor I have is very caring and nice and super considerate! Most of the time it's very quick too for dosing you are in and out in 5 minutes. I absolutely love TPCHD treatment services!! 👍✔️♥️💯🤗😐❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍♥️🙏

I love this place. The staff is amazing. All the counselors are great to talk too. I especially love talking to kayla! Shes always so bubbly and positive and always puts a smile on my face. Another person who I enjoy talking to is Dave! He Is one of the counselors there and I feel like I can trust him with anything and if I need to be told something that most people dont like to hear hes very gentle and empathetic! And one more person I value there is leo, he is usually in the x booth! Hes always so happy to see me and always asks about my day and how is my recovery going. Almost like a great friend would. He even notices when I am having a awful day and let's me vent and take my anger our on these rubber duckies he had on his desk. Its great. Overall love this place

Lousiest service I have ever dealt with in my 63 years of life. I have repeatedly left messages about a serious horrible mold issue that has kept me ill for over a year now and I just discovered all this mold in the place I have rented the last 2 years - told them repeatedly in messages how bad the mold was and that I have been ill for over a year - and in a week now of about 8 messages on voicemail - no one has even returned my calls. What a screw up system they have - they should all be fired including whoever is in charge who is so poorly over seeing the others!

If you're looking for covid clinic information. Best to call or visit the The Tacoma Health Dept website to get the latest information.
Do you mean a phone number to the methadone clinic or other department (I.e. vital statistics, etc.)?

I go there pretty much every day and I honestly I haven't seen anything like that or any like testing out there and I'll think so I would say probably no
It's a nonrefundable $40.50 base fee: $25 certificate fee (per record). $10 Expedited service fee. $5.50 authentication and processing fee. You can find more info on our website: https://www.tpchd.org/healthy-people/birth-records
You can get your booster dose at a healthcare provider, pharmacy or vaccine clinic. We offer lots of helpful resources at tpchd.org/vaxtothefuture!
We don't offer TB tests, but you have a couple options. 1. If you have insurance or funds to pay, reach out to the occupational health services office. 2. If you don't have insurance, these community clinics offer tests on a sliding fee scale: tpchd.org/home/showpublisheddocument/1719/637741294141470000
The best thing you can do is contact you PCP. He/she can arrange any medical treatments needed.
It's the same for me. Got my first shot Moderna Feb 11th at Tacoma Dome They said they would email notification of #2 dose. I have not received any correspondence. And other clinics/ venues want you have both #1and #2 in the same location so they won't give me an appointment. I feel lost !
As a Google reviewer, I cannot answer this question, but it's a good one. Look on their website for a way to contact the health department directly.
I know as much as you do
It really depends on your situation, insurance and provider. It seems best to look online on the state website.
I believe it has been lifted
Unsure but I don't think so

You should report it to the Health Department as soon as possible.

Did you order it sliced or unsliced? Given the quality of their product, it's not uncommon for slices to migrate from the center of the box during delivery, much like global plate migration.

Come on in. The front desk will direct you.
They'll decide tomorrow. Ran two hours late today.
Not really. If she's not a dancer to herself or others, really nothing. A referral to Tacoma Rescue Mission might help. Give them a call.
No. The Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Board does that.
YES👍You do, But idk if they don't it there still? So I think u get a referral to your doctor for the actual injections.
I don't know if the health department does private drug testing for employment. I know they have drug addiction services but I am not sure if they specifically do drug testing for employers. I do know you can send employees to a place called LabCorp in Tacoma off 19th street.(3401 S. 19th St #220) You can call them to find out the process for getting drug testing done for your employees. Hope this helps. Good luck!

You can either do it on the 2nd floor in the health department building or you can do it online and print it at home or anywhere else that has internet access and a printer.
Go into the health department. The 2nd floor has a couple of help desks as well as computers that you use to get your food handler's card.
They have safe needle disposal boxes in every stall of the bathrooms inside the Health Department. I'm not sure about disposal in Mass quantities though. My father is a diabetic and he takes his needles to his pharmacy for disposal.
