Only residents and their guests can use the Fitness Center and other facilities within the community.
I was wondering why a home in Edgewater in Elgin was purchased in 2007 for $280.000 is now selling for 292.000? I just wonder if the homes are depreciating in value?

Homes listed only last on the market a couple of days. Not sure what home you are referring to or what date, but they have appreciated very well.

If didn't choose ACH (auto payment from your checking account), you should have a coupon book that provides the address of where to send your payment.
Wondering if we can keep an automobile on the driveway if we have three cars with a two car garage.

Shouldn't be a problem if it is operational. Most importantly the vehicle in question is not a commercial vehicle.
