We used the online scheduler for this store and made an appointment to have a document notarized 3 days in advance. We received confirmation a few minutes later. On the morning of the appointment, we received another confirmation. Then, when we entered the store at the appointed time, the staff informed us that the notary would not be in, is "only there at certain times", and the best thing is to call ahead and see if they will be around. They said that the appointment we had was meaningless. So, what is the point of the scheduler and the limited hours it lists for these services as available? This was a total waste of time. Do not be mislead by the UPS services offered on the website. Take your business elsewhere.

Omg 2 times in 6months Are well checked items have been broken and the under $50 claims not paid for because No time where we informed that we needed to use thier boxes for a claim this is ridiculous and we ship alot but not this store anymore 😤

2021: Stephanie was outstanding both yesterday and today. She is very understanding and explained everything in a very clear and easy to understand manner. It was like talking to a friend. Very appreciated! Update 2022: The staff is just outstanding! Always so friendly, and very efficient at what they do! I've never experienced this level of customer service anywhere else, I'm absolutely grateful!
