Kimberly spagui and her team have been great with getting both my parents their work permits, and now recently both their green cards. It was a lengthy process due to covid policies which is understandable. But whole time the process was a breeze. Kimberly made it very easy and straight forward. She gets the job done highly recommend her for your immigration needs and very reasonable prices as well. Thank you spagui law firm for your hard work and dedication.

Very unprofessional and VERY unresponsive. If your looking to hire them I strongly suggest you don’t .

I was very excited to start working with this law firm after finishing my phone consultation with Kimberly Once I had everything I need to start working with them I contacted them letting them know I was ready for the process, they were suppose to send me an email with a checklist of everything I needed to do waited a week no email called the office make sure they took my right email and I was told I will be put on the list waited again and I’m yet to receive anything . I find this very unprofessional and a waste of time. If the firm wasn’t interesting in taking my case it would of been nice to be told so. I could of been working with a different law firm but instead I decided to waste my time waiting for that email that I probably will never receive .

Kim was absolutely amazing, I can do nothing but endorse her. She made our whole process feel calm and smooth, and she was always an email or a text away if I had a question. She truly cares for her clients and does everything in her power to make sure there is a positive outcome. If you need an immigration attorney she is the ONE!

The first inquiry is $ 100 and is a credit or deposit for the entire case. If you are a victim of abuse, crime or domestic violence, or in case you are seeking asylum or a youth visa, we never charge for the first consultation. When it is difficult to pay for the consultation, we also do it for free. It depends on the case. We are very flexible and accessible for people who do not have the means to pay.
Buenas tardes. In this office we only have one licensed attorney. It is not a firm with many associates. In the mornings, the attorney will represent clients in Chicago immigration court. Sometimes we have to cancel consultations or appointments when the court takes longer than anticipated. It is physically impossible to get to the office. That's why we always offer Skype, Facetime, Google Hangouts (Duo), Facebook Messenger, and all possible ways to talk well.
