Do y'all refuse to fill in the grand canyon like potholes covering every inch of the road front to back to stop people from speeding? There's literally no legit reason to not fix them. Kinda hard to drive around them when it's like Swiss cheese. The amount of damage that can be done to a vehicle from one of those is ridiculous compared to a few bags of concrete. Why own a place just to let it look like that.

Great environment and lovely neighbors. My father has lived here for years and has always been treated with full respect. Never has complained once. I couldn’t find an email and no ones picks up the phone. Please decrease the size of the speed bumps as I drove my vehicle over one and scraped the bottom of my brand new vehicle. Let me just say it’s not a cheap vehicle lol. So scraping it that much was very upsetting.

Terrible. Steer clear. Water shuts off nearly every day for the entire day. Not what I am paying this park for! Barking dogs are terrible as well. And good luck at night here - lock your doors.

My husband and I are looking for a cheap place to move into as our kids are grown and have their own lives to live. We have been to Denver, CO and we enjoyed it when we were there. It doesn't have to be fancy just a place to call home.
