They don't answer the phone. They don't return calls after you leave messages. And they don't handle claims very timely or just. They give you a hard time in paying claims .

Still waiting on a response and have called all of the new numbers and still nothing. This company never gets with the policy holder about new changes because I have not moved or changed in 14 years but been with this company for 29 years and it has dropped down to lowest standard. I am just trying to get some questions answered and no luck whatsoever.

Hillside location is horrible. I've been given 4 telephone numbers to reach them and I can't reach anyone. I've been a customer of United for 14 years and I have never seen mess like this.
