I learned that a person on DSHS assistance or social security benefits can petition the court to waive all legal financial obligations ( fines, fees, etc)because they are technically judgement proof. The Judges have to dismiss the money a person owes if they receive welfare or SSA benifits.

I have called 4 times totaling over 5 1/2 hours of hold time to try and get one question answered. I've reached an operator every time. The first time I was hung up on immediately after the call got through and all other times I was hung up on after giving my information with no reasoning or explanation and still have my question unanswered.... this is my first experience with Pierce county district court anand extremely unhappy with how unprofessional my interactions have been with your operators. If you want to continue holding me and anyone else who has made a mistake accountable in for a very time restricting manner, I would behoove you to start setting a better example for the people trying to do so. How long must I wait to get an answer from then people who directly affect my life on a day to day basis?

I think it was not justified. I pulled out in front of a cop and he tried to write me up for going the wrong way on the street. I pulled out in front of him going the same direction. The he gave me a neglegant driving class 2 because he said I was endangering people. I could not get to the right and he would not help me get over to the shoulder. So the on coming traffic stopped and let me go across because he kept flashing his lights. He did not help me get over. I think I was wrongly sited and that he should of been a little more helpful. My grandson is 9 and he thought that I was going to jail because of the way he was yelling at me and he was afraid that I was going to have to put him in foster care. The officer had no respect for my grandson or myself. They sent a hearing by mail and I thought it was so I could get the officers report. Nope they sent me a letter back stating I am having to pay the neg driving ticket. They would not drop it. I was wrongly accused because he had a bad day and I could see everything around me and had plenty of time to pull out. We were treated very poorly he kept asking me for registrations, insurance over and over again after I had already given it to him. Yelling at us. I have only had a speeding and no seat belt ticket and I am 59 years old. How sad that he was in a bad mood so I was in the wrong spot at the wrong time. Please be careful.

There an option on the web to pay or call them at 2535904452
Look your case up on Pierce County Court LINX or look at the reader board on the first floor. I think they have one on the second floor as well
Down the street, you'll just have to search by driving around it. Then you have a nice walk to the courthouse.
Yes
No. If you do not have a written agreement that the $1500 was to be paid back to you the judge will not rule in your favor. In other words, you will loose in court unless there is a written agreement signed by him that you are to be paid back the $1500. Sorry. I know from experience .
You have to talk 2 an attorney too see what they can do for you.
Go to the first floor and all the way down to the hallway, there is an office. They will ask questions and help with which forms need to be filled out. You'll have to serve the other party and then submit to the courts that they have been served. You should get a court date the day you file and then you have 20 days prior to the court date to serve the other person. Hope that helps
Call in and schedule a court date to quash it.
Go to the court house and go to the security window or call in an see
Building opens at 8:00am
The speed limit is 50, actual is more 25. It last from 56th to Fife.
Look at the different jail rosters to find him. Then click on the linx website to find court information.
Typically you would schedule your payments with the court in person. Tacoma Municipal is on the 8th floor of the County-City Building and Pierce County District Court is on the 2nd floor. For feliny matters you would need to go to the clerk's office on the 1st floor.
he's guy who says your guilty or not. THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE
https://dw.courts.wa.gov/index.cfm?fa=home.fmcd&terms=accept&flashform=0
Go to Dept of Lic and find out who has the hold
You have to make a trip to the clerks office and pull them or hire someone to do it
can I set up payment plan over the phone
Possibly.
That would depend upon to whom you owe it. If it is to the district court you can pay online or in person at the counter on the 8th floor of the courthouse.
I believe so, I paid with my debit card. They also take checks.
