This review is perhaps long overdue, but I need to give a shout out to Steve Pearson of Servpro Kendall County who's team boarded up our house, July 2021, after a late night fire destroyed everything. It was Steve who contacted us and came back out the next morning to make recommendations, answer questions, and help us decide our next moves to recovery. Steve was also a great resource for the weeks that followed while we were still trying to cope with our loss. Most importantly, It was Steve who recommended a great company & contractor to take on a complete site cleanup and home rebuild. Thank you Steve, for helping us put our lives back together and, for putting us on our path to our beautiful new home.

I had a water heater leak and pipe burst causing damage to my property . SERVPRO responded promptly and did an outstanding job in water damage related clean up, ripping the affected drywall and floorings , disposal of waste thorough drying to ensure no mold occurs and taking actions to prevent it. I am not only satisfied but happy that I relied on them to take me out of the troubled waters :-) The staff is very friendly and cooperative and explains each and every action they take to mitigate and resolve the damage.
