Live in two-story condo. Discovered water falling from ceiling while in my basement. Next day learned it was from unit above me. Next day, owner made it out so we could verify and that's when frozen pipe was discovered. I was freaked! KATON was a god send! He was all over it. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his profession. While doing his assessment, he explained what he was doing and how his equipment worked. The junior tech geek in me really appreciated that. The primary damage was in a wall connecting kitchen and front hall. KATON acted quickly, kept me abreast of next steps. This helped bring peace of mind. This company was seriously a life saver. My husband and I suffered water damage in our tri level home. This company came out immediately and fixed the problem. Katon was very responsive, professional, and always on-time. He showed us every bit of water damage that we couldn't see with the naked eye. It was more damage than we anticipated. My husband and I value the work and time Katon and Gabrielle put into our home. We also suffered plumbing and electrical damage in which Katon and Gabrielle came to the rescue by getting people in to fix the problem. This was great because we didn't know who to call to get the job done in a short notice. Everything literally went smoothly.
