Zero stars. Horrible. Was speaking with Dave for two days regarding a car coming in, this dealership is over an hour away from me so I just wanted to confirm the exact vehicle I wanted was arriving with the correct price before making the drive to put down a deposit. When I was waiting at his desk for him, I was just scrolling my phone, no “hello” “hi” “oh you’re who I’ve been speaking too” he just sits down and starts rambling off numbers. I just wanted this process over with, so I’m like yeah window sticker looks great, sounds good, let me put the deposit. He walks away for a bit and comes back staying on top of MSRP they’re adding 4gs just because of the market. If I was looking at a 40g SUV I wouldn’t be in Kia. He could’ve told me this before I drove all the way there, waste of time. Horrible customer service.
