Stopped here halfway through a very long road trip. Walked in and to the front desk to ask about room availability. Was told there were no two-bedroom rooms available, and then asked if they had any other rooms available. The woman at the front desk acted as if this was a stupid question and was incredibly rude about not having any availability, mocking me for asking multiple questions and even going as far as to make fun of me as I left. Didn’t need to stay here to know how horrible the place was. I hope management and owners re-consider who they employ here. Have never had an issue with Hampton Inns until now.

Thought I was booking online through the hotel website and instead was redirected to a third party site. Contacted hotel for assistance and changing the reservation to being booked directly with them and the hotel was no hep at all. The person working the front desk was not helpful and did not care when I brought up my issue to them in booking. I have been loyal in staying at Hampton Inn’s but will definitely reconsider where I stay in the future when traveling for work and my personal life after this incident.

Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Shower was good enough for me. Free breakfast was standard but staff very helpful, I just remember Blahnka. She was so nice and offered to help us if she could. But the other staff was very helpful and accommodating, too! There's a pool but didn't use it. Wifi good, had no issues. We were in a serious accident, car totaled out, no rental car available. Spent most of three days in the room. Many restaurants nearby within walking distance. (Nice since we didn't have a car). Price very good!
