Absolutely top notch blade expert in Dan. I took in 5 knives of varying lengths and serration (from Shun and Kramer) for sharpening and Dan was able to sharpen them all and realign the blade in half an hour. He was absolutely meticulous and a true expert in the field. He has curated an amazing selection of knives in store and some gems that are impossible to find.
