Great customer service! Both ladies at the warehouse were very friendly. I would probably use the shipping company again because of the great experience. Hopefully, my balikbayan boxes will arrive Philippines before Christmas. It's not guaranteed, but crossing my fingers.

Did you go by the warehouse to pay this fee and get a receipt ? I used them in 2010 and again recently to send Balik Bay in rated boxes to The Philippines. I have had NO problems at all !
