I believe so. I arrived @ 4am my appt was at 8am and there were 4-5 trucks parked along the far right side, closer to the end of the building on the right from Allen Rd. Heads up though lots of box trucks parked in the center of the lot.
Yes as long as you fit in where there is no dock, and have business there, I assume as much, I have seen it happening
