My car was stolen and i need a rental. I have called 9 different Enteprise locations, and due to a car shortage I've had no luck. I called this location and they didn't have a car either. However, when I called, the phone didn't even ring once before it was answered. When he answered the phone, he was very kind. He very quickly assessed my situation. Without making me go through the process of giving him my info, he informed me of availability and offered helpful recommendations. I didn't catch hos name unfortunately, but if I did I'd probably request to have only him handle any future rentals. Thank you!

The team wasthe absolute best. They listened to my needs and meet everything I needed. They were understanding and very nice! The gentleman I turned my car back to even gave me extra information that I 100% appreciate! Thank you again!

I needed a vehicle through an insurance claim. Needed the vehicle on Monday, they told me that they did not have ANY vehicles available until Wednesday. I was supposed to get a truck but when I got there I was rented a Toyota Corolla. I was told the truck I was supposed to get was totaled the night before from a drunk driver. I was supposed to come back the next day, mind you I live an hour away. I was supposed to get a truck at 8:30 a.m. and received a call at 8:03 a.m. that the truck I was supposed to pick up would not be available because it was returned 2000 miles over its needed oil change, but it was at Firestone and he would call me as soon as the oil change was done. I received a call the NEXT DAY at noon. That oil change took over 24 hours. Then I was told without any regard to my schedule, on my third attempt to get the vehicle that I was supposed to get in the first place, that they were open until 5 but he was out the door a little before 5 so I needed to be there by 4:30. The customer service is horrible and the excuses for the poor customer service are ridiculous!!!

I understand all the red tape with renting a car these days however it should be standard practice for the employee to notify the customer of what info is needed prior to time of pickup. What should have only taken a few minutes to do took over 2 hours because of the various needs in debit card with a chip in it, utility bill with current address, pays tub with current address and or insurance with current address.
