The service is very good! But this place is a dump. Time to start budgeting for a refresh. Pot holes everywhere, landscaping is non-existent. No grass all weeds. Please fix this place.

I have been to this post office before, for passport services but today I needed to send a package. I did that very thing with Kevin, one of the customer rep on duty. It was pleasant and speedy. When I finished my transaction, I texted my friend to tell her when she could expect the package, thats when I find out her address changed. Since I hadn't even left the parking lot, I quickly ran back in and asked Kevin if I could change the address. It was a process from refunding it, re-writing the new address and paying again but it was made super easy by Kevin! He's a rock star! Thank you so much for your help. You went above and beyond!

We had our passport appointment with Jaspal. He made it quick, easy, and actually fun! I was stressed and anxious making sure I had everything I needed. Call the Post office they have forms. Go to the Post Office if you can't get through. They will advise you.
