Sat on hold with them for almost an hour just for a very rude lady to tell me their schedule is closed and they're not even booking for emergency dental care. Could've put that in the automated message that played over and over while I was on hold. Maybe get some sympathy training for the employees

So today I wasted an hour of my day at an appointment that was never supposed to be scheduled because I wasn’t due yet for my dental cleaning… but my appointment was still scheduled three months prior to this current date because you have to schedule your appointment three months ahead you would think that they would accommodate or go out of their way to make sure they make up for their mistake and your lost time at work.. NOPE they didn’t In all reality I didn’t really expect them to there is no quality here Unfortunately this place has gone from bad to worse they’re service has gotten worse over the years and so has the cleanliness attentiveness and accuracy. Their scheduling is horrific definitely Not accurate and they seem to not care about peoples lost time due to their lack of attention they definitely are not professionals. scheduling takes forever and on top of that there’s always some kind of confusion and miscommunication With appointment scheduling or random cancellations due to providers not being there I definitely took my families care somewhere else unfortunately after being a patient here for 32 years.

Doctor is amazing. The front desk service is terrible, the worst I have ever seen. When I found out, someone was playing on the phone, and I called four times on the phone. When they talk to you, it makes it seem like they are gods or that you owe them millions.

Stay far away!!! Waited an hour to be called for my appointment. The front desk lady was cool but the Dental Hygienist was Very rude and thought I was gonna let her go in my mouth. No thanks go somewhere I feel welcomed. Obviously customer service isn't there strongpoint because even the supervisor or manager w.e. she was didn't give 2 cares about losing a patient. Hopefully you have a better experience if you do decide to go. I'm never going here again. Ghetto to the Maxxxx!!! I see this Miller lady is a real winner. Should have read review before going.

Yes. Your blood sugar would be normal at a level of roughly between 84-100 ish. You should definitely make a Dr. Appt. If what your saying is true that could be deadly.

Comprehensive dental services are available at all three of our comprehensive sites. Emergency patients are encouraged to come Monday – Friday 8 A.M. – 11 A.M. and Monday – Thursday 1 P.M. – 4 P.M.. Please note that Friday afternoon hours are 1 P.M. – 3 P.M. You can call ahead to ask about your specific emergency dental needs. I have provided the numbers to our comprehensive sites below. Mechell, Thank you for your question. Yes, our respiratory clinic at The Anthony L. Jordan Center does offer covid-19 testing for those who are traveling. We are located at 82 Holland Street, on the corner of Hudson Avenue and Holland Street. The clinic is open Monday – Friday 1:00 PM - 8:00PM. The respiratory clinic does take walk-ins however, we urge patients to call ahead and to schedule an appointment at (585) 423-5848. The respiratory clinic is not open for testing on Saturdays or Sundays. If you need to be tested over the weekend you will need to go to an alternate site for testing. **Please note that patients are responsible for knowing the requirements for traveling to their destinations. We can provide patients with a letter stating that they have been tested. After the lab results come in we can also give patients a copy of those results. Unfortunately, due the high demand for testing we cannot guarantee when those results will come in from the lab.**

Mayra, thank you for your interest in Jordan Health. We do provide service for crowns, however you will need to become a patient and schedule an appointment with our dental department so that you can be seen, a treatment plan can be developed and you can be fitted for the correct dental device.
