Has to be the worst customer service in the history of any rental company. Everytime I go to this location, plan on waiting 45 minutes to even speak to anybody. Always just 1 person working desk, always!!! Absolutely everytime it's a nightmare at this location. Feel bad for the guy working counter, he does as good as he can, but this has to change

Questions & Answers

Trying to get unpacking assistants thru the app but it's not working. Can't get it to go into the cart. Tried calling a uhaul store no answer. Tried calling a mover listed in the app. No answer and messages are full. How does anybody use the app?

79.99 gets you the van and 100miles .29 cents per mile after that pricing can be lower the more you drive
