I went to look at these apartments and they are very nice and well cared for. The pricing is amazing and the unit was all updated. The manager was so sweet and helpful. She answered all my questions. She went above and beyond what any complex has offered to do. She helped me with my paper work and offered to come in early so I do not miss work. She was very professional and wore a mask during the COVID. She really made me feel welcome. I needed a 3 bedroom and I am really sad that I could not rent there. She provided other properties with in her management that may fit my needs. Wow! Who does that. She has gained my respect and trust. I will recommend this property to all my friends

I lived here for 4 years, the apartments were in good condition, the maintenance personnel were friendly and responded quickly to any issues, and the office staff were always friendly

I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and have not had a single issue. Everyone is mostly quiet and keeps to themselves. The location is awesome. The 509 is right there and you can be in downtown Seattle in 15 minutes. The 166 bus runs right there and the rapid ride is within walking distance too.
