My husband and I have lived at BPP for eight years. We sold our home with too many stairs and too much yard to maintain. I can still raise vegetables in a pea patch, but don't have to mow the lawn. The heated indoor pool has been a great benefit in improving my husband's mobility. The caring family atmosphere promoted by owner and managers make BPP an ideal place to retire.

I moved here in October 2017 and have never been happier with living here. The owners and managers treat us like family, have great amenities, activities, transportation to doctors, dentists, grocery stores and planned trips. Beautiful grounds with flowers always in bloom. The pool and hot tub are a great way to exercise and can bring our families, You will love this great place to live.

I don't think so but you can at Riverton Place. It is right next door to them.
There are 3 one bedroom plans ranging from $1,500 to $1,650.
Hi Sandra, the 2 bedroom 1 bath rents for $2,100, and the 2 bedroom 2 bath rents for $2,400 per month. Closest grocery story would be a Safeway that's around 3 miles up 128th St., and there's a Fred Meyer maybe a mile or so from there.
