Dr. Michael L. Giordano is amazing!!! The office is very nice and I had a wonderful experience and even better outcome! So many people told me after their bunion surgery they couldn't wear heels or flipflops etc and still had issues--NOT with Dr. Giordano! Amazing work and my feed are pain free and I can wear anything I want!

Generally, I love this place. The staff is warm and they seem to be teaching lots of new people and I love to see that. However, I've been scheduled on days where they know they'll have to move me but I don't get a call until day of or when I'm at the office. Getting prescriptions sent is a NIGHTMARE because the doctor is only at the office one or two days a week. Oh, the prescription wasn't sent? Great, you need to wait a week until the doctor is back in order to get it resent. I think that's absolutely ridiculous.

First off my doctor is Dr. Russo and he does a great job with me ! I give him 5 stars as for the office staff I rate them at -0 stars they have no clue on how to run a doctor's office efficiently ! I have to call in my prescriptions to them and they never send them off to my pharmacy in a timely manner so I'm constantly running out of my medications which I think is unacceptable and every time I mention it to who ever answers the phone after being on hold for who knows how long I always get a different excuse every time which in my opinion is not the proper way things should be handled ! The office manager should step up and take care of business and get this office running more efficiently ! But that is just my opinion !

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. When I say this has been THE WORST experience I have ever had when it comes to healthcare, I am not exaggerating AT ALL. All the way from the receptionist being unhelpful and picking up the phone with an attitude, phone ringing for 20 minutes before picked up and the provider not washing his hands before or after examing my feet nor any gloves on. Oh, lets not forget I have been calling everyday for a week exact now and still do not have the refill I need, so haven’t taken my medication in a week and the receptionist has said the provider will call me back everyday and still haven’t heard anything. I love how everytime I call there is always an excuse such as: “We just got your results”, “I’m going to tell the provider”, “The provider said he’ll call you back”, “The provider isn’t in today” and “The provider will call you tomorrow”. I’d think they would’ve called me back since my results were available as I saw them through MyCare 2 weeks ago, they admitted to having the results and some are not within normal range, so the fact they can’t call a patient with elevated results is appalling and over a week with no medication refill and I’m supposed to be taking the medication everyday. Surprised this place still has clientele! I only speak for one location though (Buffalo Road), have not been to the other two. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where you’ll be properly treated- Do no waste your time here.
