It was a horrible experience, the girl in the place had no recognition about customer service. I had been waiting for 30 minutes when I asked her for my food, she responded with attitude and said. NO, you were only waiting ten or fifteen minutes so I checked my receipt and told him. Seeing my receipt said that she had been waiting for over 30 minutes. It was like hating everyone. I live in the same neighborhood and it's terrible how they treat people.

I order delivery from here a lot. The food is pretty good and I’ll definitely be going back. The reasons I don’t give 5 stars are because 1)it takes longer than average for the food to be prepared, and 2)they charge quite a bit more extra than is appropriate for dipping sauces.

Took 15 mins longer than they said they would. Did not even make eye contact with me when I walked in, just kind of slung my online order on the counter and turned around. I went back to ask for drinks. Again.. no words, just gave me 4 cups. Took off my receipt so I couldn’t even do a real review. Forgot my ranch (my $5 ranch🙄) went back to ask for it.. and slung a few small ones in bag and still said nothing. And last but not least.. the fries were cold. A sad excuse for a wing stop.. just find another.

Where do I start🤦🏾♀️.It was a Horrible experience, not professional at all we had one girl sitting behind the counter on her phone the whole time. The floors in the cooking area were very dirty. They were not using gloves. And let's get to the good part okay this girl takes my order right, she gives me my total I give her the money she hands me my cups for my drinks. I walked around to start my drinks. I take my drinks to the car and realize I never heard the drawer open. I see her go back to back and talk with one of the cooks, I think she was giving him my order. I went to my car, I then said I did not get any change or a receipt. So I went back in ask for my receipt. She runs back and tells the guy she wants a receipt. I overheard him say tell her we don't have paper. Clearly, I have been standing watching them print for online orders.🤦🏾♀️💁🏽♀️. So she say I have to go look for the paper I said okay I can wait. Thank you.👀 by this time I knew something was going on they over Here taking people's money. So I take a picture of the store #and the 1-800#. They all saw me they all disappear to the back. then the girl on the phone comes back out like she was doing something. The guys go to break and the other girl comes out and rings my order then hands me my change and the receipt. Look now she never put paper in💁🏽♀️. Jesus help!! They over there stealing. Y'all better watch 👀👀

This wingstop is historically slow, id avoid them unless you order online and pick up.. as little human interaction as possible is recommended at this establishment lmao
