I check if SK is open or not (it is) and I still have about an hour left until closing. And so I order off the app. I pay and get charged on my card. I wait and walk to the shop...only to find that the place is literally closed. Closed. Lights off, product gone, CLOSED. Why was I able to place an order for a smoothie off of the app at a shop that's closed? It doesn't add up or make sense. What's more bizarre is the fact that on the app, Google, and signs all around the hospital, the times are listed as the shop being open until 10 PM. Forget that, the hospital website actually says it's open "24/7," as a matter of fact. What was most surprising to me is that the chalk board posted at the desk said it closed at 9 PM. Why. Why would it close at 9 PM all of a sudden? All other restaurants beside the SK in the hospital give notices if the shop will be closing early. So why didn't this location? Did the workers call it an early night and leave/abandon the shop? Did the manager set an altered schedule without letting anyone know? Who knows. I also found it quite disgusting and highly wrong and unhygienic of the employees who closed up to leave the ice container open. Wide open. The scoop was in there as well and all the ice was exposed to the open. There were also containers (I assume filled with fruit) without lids and I did see gnats flying around even though it was dimly lit. The metal containers filled with ingredients had tops also half closed and not properly stored. Clearly management has got issues with running a smoothie shop properly and safely. Nonetheless, I will be disputing this transaction since my credit card was already charged, even though that doesn't fix my dismay when I saw the conditions of the shop when I went to go pick up my smoothie. Pitiful. Zero stars.

I have driven here from denham twice to find the hours changed. I fixed them the first time. This used to be a 24/7 establishment. Cops, doctors, hell everyone loved it. They got greedy and cut hours; be warned this place has unreliable late hours. I'm a SK regular and I won't be back.
