Look I know I did not see it happen buuuut I got 2 of the same flavors but different sizes. Well they messed up and gave me 2 20oz instead of 1 20oz and 1 32oz. Soooo I showed them the receipt and they said okay pull around to the front and I'll bring you another one. It seem very likely because of the lack in flavor of the "new" one that they just reblended the 20oz with more ice and put it in a bigger cup. 1 the cup wasn't full and 2 the flavor was definitely less than the first. So sad that this was their fix for what they messed up!
