Customer service failure and success all in one visit! As a longtime customer of Lowes, I was hugely disappointed in a young, inexperienced lad, Trenton, who refused to help transfer two 60lb. bags of concrete mix onto a flatbed for an older woman (60+ years old). His outright refusal was indicative on a younger generation who doesn’t understand customer service and real life responsibility, yet is happy to hold his hand out to collect his paycheck and whine about life being so unfair. On the other hand, another employee, Yolanda came to the rescue, easily transferred the two 60lb. bags of concrete mix onto a flatbed and made good on Lowe’s customer service commitment. Bottom line- you have to find the right person to help you if you shop at this Lowe’s. Don’t ask Trenton!

Good service and got my of veterans discount which some of the other stores don't give you thanks lows
