I rent an apartment with Vicki Benson Properties and they are great to work with. The place is well kept and anytime that I have a concern or need a little maintenance, they send someone out within a day or two. I recently needed a latch on my screen door replaced, and not only did the maintenance man fix it, but he also replaced the seal on the door without me needing to ask. I greatly appreciate everyone's promptness and goal to make this a great place to live and feel cared for.

Megan will always make sure you are taken care of (within reason) and make you feel at home. Vicki and Megan are very professional in their real estate dealings. They give monthly reports on our condo and compare it to others in the complex. We have good renters which the company pays early every month.
