My time here was definitely amazing. Amazing workers very helpful and greeted us at the door. I am very very very impressed with REI would definitely recommend that you go there if you like cycling or rock, climbing or camping. The sports store is very specific, but very good to shop in. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a specific thing for camping I can’t say enough how amazing the workers are.

I've been a member for over 2 years & have been to locations all around the country this is by far the worst location I've been to. I'm always excited to check out my favorite store in another state, but ended up having a bad experience here. None of the employees said anything the whole time I was there so ended up leaving with no help. Very disappointed REI

1) Face Mask is mandatory for in-store shopping 2) Store provides disposable face mask if you don't have 3) Many sanitizing stations inside store including entrance 4) Staffs wear face mask all the time and encourages for social distancing inside store
