Below is a pic of the bent engine mount which caused my transmission to slip. This was the third time in 2 months my new used van left me stranded. If course everything broke wasn't or isn't covered under the warranty. I want to thank carfart for leaving this veteran grandma stranded in a tent 3 times. Oh and now my credit is beyond repair Horrible

So there really are no words that best describes the help i was given at Tulsa CAR-MART NORTH. Now ive never went and leased a car mind you, but the lady named JEN made it a very very special experience for me. Her customer service us through the roof. I dont understand why she isn't running her own CAR-MART!!!!! If i could give her more then 5 stars i would, i loved the experience so much im already referring people. From the bottom of my heart and God knows, thank you for everything and a very great first time buyer experience.

Love my car, love the people who helped me with my car, but, Tebe or Tibi however you spell her name, very unprofessional. Called to make sure my payment went through she hung up on me and wouldn't answer when I called back on my phone but answered when I called back on my boyfriends phone. Very rude very unprofessional.

Yea you do have to put money down but it depends how much your trade in is worth and wat else your looking for in a car
Our experience started off on a bad note but that person is not there anymore Melanie has sold us several vehicles I’ve yet to have a bad experience with her very professional knows her job well and is quick to answer all questions and needs of her clients
They sold me a flood car and did not tell me it broke down twice in 2 months then they towed it and said it wasn't covered then they said they would fix it had the car for a month and I said I would come pick it up called to check on it twice nobody called me back so I called the next day and they said they put it in repossession and there was nothing I could do.
