This dealership is all about the $$. The salesman was so preoccupied with his girlfriend calling 8 times in a row during our deal thay we couldn't hardly keep the deal going. Their 1st offer is the only offer. There is no room for negotiation. His only question was if I can make numbers work can we make a deal? I'm like I have a trade worth more than I owe on it and teir 1 credit so I don't need you to make numbers work. We originally looked at a truck and then he all the sudden switched trucks on us. There is basically one option there and that's what they want to sell that day. 💰 is their only drive. Again, all the way through the deal he knew I was military as we both has the same job in the military and he never even mentioned the military rebate from Ford or the teachers rebate my wife qualified for. He wanted to make a deal and leave. He didn't even turn on our Ford pass until the following Tuesday so much app he made us download didn't even work. He didn't care to explain the truck or anything. He basically filled it with gas and said thanks, bye! Worst experience buying a car in my life!

Thank you for your question! Our Quicklane Department opens at 7 am to 6 pm, Monday - Friday. 8 am - 4 pm on Saturdays. Your vehicle must be here one hour prior to closing time, don't forget we do have a shuttle service available for you Monday - Friday if you wish to drop it off.

On transits we have to special order them by VIN. They come pre-cut from Ford. They range around 150 or so. They can only be order through Ford Parts Department with title and proof of ownership. You can contact the parts department at 918-445-2700
