The place is local and convenient for me but will never be back due to the staff. The ladies that work there that attempt to clean, in the six years that I’ve been off and on going there have been the WORST!! Every single time there is a confrontation on how they treat customers. The most extremist rudest women I have ever met in my life and the last straw was with my disabled husband so in return will never be coming back.

I really like this laundromat. The app is great and the machines are well maintained. It would be nice if they had a bigger space because sometimes you have to wait awhile. My recommendation would be more seating and maybe a vending machine. I’ve seen an attendant once and she was very sweet, she does a great job keeping it all clean.

I come to this laundry mat weekly. The lady who works here with the gray/white hair always starts problems with minority people. I’m tired of it. I came in today to wash clothes, and she starts yelling at me telling me I can’t put my clothes in the wash because it’ll mess up the machines. I’ve been washing clothes for 30 years I’m pretty sure I know how to balance the wash without over filling a machine. I told her about her customer service. She started to get defensive as if I came here to be screamed at for no reason at all. Then she walks over to another regular and starts gossiping right in front me about the situation. It disgusting behavior and I’m surprised she gets away with this and is still employed. I’ve seen on multiple occasions how she treats others and it’s very nice/nasty. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and has to stop!

They are coin operated but it also has a pay by app from your phone. A barcode is located on each macine so when you load money onto the app (forget the name) just scan the machine and bam your ready to wash or dry!
It all depends on the size machine you use I want to say the regular sized washers are around $3 and they go up from there. The dryers are 5 minutes per .25¢ for the big dryers and I think 8 minutes per .25¢ for the small ones but don't quote me lol it's a nice little place when it's not slammed

Big washers are 4.25 for normal warm wash. Big dryer usually is about 2.50 to dry the large load. The smaller washers are 3 bucks and half the size.
They ask that last load is in at 8 to make sure its completed by closing.
There is a sign posted that if you leave anything you should come back the next morning to retrieve because they aren't able to hang on to anything left behind.

Depends on the type of rug. We are experiencing older rugs being washed and they come apart. This plugs my drains.
