First time I went in the staff was nice. I didn’t have documentation I needed to get daughters social, so I had to come back. Second time I sent my husband in with the exact documents I was told I needed and they said they couldn’t help him. Really upset that this location is super unhelpful and unorganized. I could do a much better job than some of the people here. Also the security guards stare at people and it’s very uncomfortable.

It took awhile to get through on the phone but they were helpful and made an appointment for an expert to call me back.

Trying to change my name after marriage. I can't ever get through to anyone to schedule an appointment. So should I just go without services because there is nobody that works here?

Immediately in person if you have the tarot section of your old card or prove state ID birth certificate.
HOW CAN I MAKE APPOINTMENT?
Look up the telephone number. I've always been seen quickly, in the late morning, early afternoon, without an appointment. Good luck
You have to go into there office with current ID card. Driver's license or a current passport card and fiil out a form then wait til your number is called
I already signed up for Ssa to start in December. I need to sign up for Medicare part A only. I have full coverage already. Can I walk into the Ssa office to sign up?
Whether you worked enough if not you get supplement social security
Go there make an appointment and speak to a live rep. Better that way.
I would call and wait as long as it takes to get an answer. You can also go to the website. I think you can make a report there. I think you can Google search the website.
Yes
Better to drop off in the drop box on Wednesday between 10am and 2pm. Otherwise you will be told to mail it in.
You have to walk in.. there's no appointments.. first come first serve!!!
You will need to call the office, because it changes daily.
The person has to call and make an appointment. There are no walk ins.
You'll get a printout and the card will be sent to your home.
You have to go there for it or you moght be able to get it on line
No, you would have to go to the courthouse to get that.
Yes, they will give you a printout with a stamp on it so it'll be valid for anything that you need a ss card for.
If you want a nursing facility to take care of you they will get the most of your money
Go on line
I would wait till then.
Yes you can
To Obtain a New Social Security Number and Card youwill need to provide at least two documents to prove age, identity, and U.S. citizenship or current immigration status. ... U.S. driver's license; or. State-issued non-driver identity card; or. U.S. passport.
No just go in and they will see you
I don't understand your question i can't read in Spanish
When do i get my money
7 - 10 business days
They open at 9 am to 4 pm
Call and wait
Bring valid ID and original marriage license
My bank closed my checking account as a result of a dispute. As a result I did not receive my check on Thursday last week. I need to arrange a paper check. I have no cash to open another account yet.
Yes... reapply
Make sure they understand what you are saying because they get that messed up
Good question. I'd try them on the phone, to start.
There is full benefits with retirement. But, you need to go in and talk the people at SS. Walk in after 11AM (DO NOT CALL!!) Doing anything on the phone never worked for me.
Drop off
Start with getting a copy of your birth certificate, then get a new SS card. Always good to have a valid passport.
Rules and your story, change at The SSA, monthly. Visit their website, or go in. Don't bother calling.
It can take up to two months payments to catch up
Each case is different. Contact your local office. Good luck.
