Oh my goodness this was the cleanest Dollar tree I have ever in my life seen the most organized I was so amazed I just was so amazed I even told the employees the people that were there

I was pretty happy when I entered the store, It is very clean, organized and pretty much has everything. I would like for them to have a little bit more birthday decorations such as ballon holders because, they have nice baloons but nothing to put them on. Service was very cordial and helpful.

No they don't. Dollar General might, but Dollar Tree does not.
Have not seen any at the Waterloo stores.
