The manager is good for nothing. I had a problem and thought going into the branch would resolve it. I saw a lady and asked for the Manger she said she was. Itokd her my problem and lher response was was we do that. However if I had an appt the other workers could help. Obviously a manager in name only. I am taking all my money from this bank. .It is clear good help is hard to find at this bank by reading the reviews. I will be contacting corporate office about the full details of my experience. I use to work at Wells Fargo and what I needed to be done required a phone call or phone number to legal department. Maybe instead of walking or standing the priority shoukd have been helping a customer retrieve the 14 thousands plus money I was trying to get back to my account was not important to her.

This 5 star Review is specifically for one banker that works at this branch. Her name is Marie and she has been so helpful for the last five months when I was going through the last steps of closing my deceased father’s safe deposit box. I went through three years of getting the right paper work from my attorney as well as a power of attorney from my mother who lives in another country. It was a process that required a lot of patience but Marie never forgot about me, occasionally checked in and gave me updates. She was incredible through out the entire process. I think she deserves a huge raise and promotion because she is definitely somebody who cares about people. I can’t say much about the corporation of Wells Fargo but Marie and her coworkers at this branch are very nice people.
