Customer service was good (4 stars). Rooms are hit-or-miss...some are beat up and just partied in a little too hard. (Suggestions for housekeeping, Pull and clean air filters on a/c units once a week. Wipe down surfaces with dried liquids. Pull and wash sofa cushion covers, especually if they're stained. Just keep doing what you're doing, good job with that, and touch on the details. ) Hallways and elevators could use a deep cleaning too.. Unbeknowst to me, this is a casino shuttle hotel, so people crash here after long night at the tables. Some late night drama, but cops respond fairly quick. Breakfast is good. Pantry is stocked. Great little place.

Room facing street was traffic noisy. Staff were very friendly. Big assist was lending me a corkscrew. Ha. Casino shuttle was not running this Monday night. Oh well, not very far by car. Breakfast was prepackaged egg, pork patty, cheese on bagle or biscuit, which were quite good. Better than digging around in a tin full of scrambled eggs. King bed room with sitting area and two tv's was nice and clean.

Stayed here for one night while my teenage daughter was attending a concert at Mohegan Sun. The hotel is nicely decorated and room was laid out nicely and seemed clean, but nothing fancy. However, one of the beds seems to have not had the sheets changed; there was a clothing store tag inside and a yellow stain. We were also awakened at 3 AM by extremely loud guests across the hall which carried on for some time. All in all, it seemed like the type of room you would normally pay about $90 for, not $365 which was our final bill.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We chose it because of its location between casinos, and it is all about location! It was about a 10 minute drive to Foxwoods and a 3 minute drive to Mohegan Sun. Although we were under the impression the shuttle to Mohegan Sun ran all week, we found out our second day there (a Monday) that the shuttle only runs over the weekend. We were a bit disappointed, but we weren't too upset because of the close proximity to Mohegan Sun and free parking at the casino. Our room was big and was spotless when we arrived. There is a "living room" with a sofa bed, tables, extra storage and tv. There was also a microwave and fridge in the living room area. The bedroom had a king size bed, lots of storage and a tv. There were a ton of outlets, and outlets on both sides of the beds, which my husband and I were thrilled about. Also, the bathroom had a large countertop, with Paul Mitchell bathroom products Breakfast was good. There were plenty of warm options and cold options, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. The only real disappointment we had was that the pool was closed for renovations and we weren't told until we asked later into the first night of our stay. We were really looking forward to a swim at some point. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
