I was impressed with his residence Inn. I normally don’t stay at these because they are for long-term stays, and can get pricey for fewer benefits. I am usually just a one or two night Marriott patron. However, I did have the opportunity to patronize this location, and I was pretty much very satisfied with the amenities and customer service. I will say that I do not appreciate the constant interruptions at my door by the house Keeping staff. It is my understanding that Marriott‘s are known for their privacy and security, however having a maid or attendant knock at my door it seems every other hour asking useless questions can be a bit irritating. So my suggestion to the management staff here would be to not interfere with your guests stay. Leave them alone and let them enjoy their visit. If they need service, I’m sure they can call or hit you on the chat box if they are a Marriott Bonvoy member. Which is what I do most of the time because I am elite status at these hotels. That feature I do like a lot because I don’t like dealing with people most of the time. Other than that this is a great location as far as the amenities, I don’t think the location per se is great because it is in Southington, Connecticut which is kind of on the outskirts, but a great spot nonetheless.

Food was good. Pool was out of order and therefore inaccessible. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Suite is nice but short on kitchen supplies to cook and clean.

We made this the preferred hotel for guests for my daughter's wedding. Rented the large meeting room to host all guests the night before the wedding. Brought in our own beer and canned drinks along with snacks. The full sized room fridges helped in keeping the drinks and food cold until our welcome event started. Worked out great. Everyone liked the hotel. Very short drive to downtown Southington which has many interesting restaurants. We liked a small Pakistani restaurant. Only 15 minute drive to the New England Carousel Museum where we had the reception. There is a great mini golf course only 1.5 miles away which was the recreational event morning before the reception.

The residence inn was a delightful experience. It was furnished beautifully and the room was HUUGE. The walls are a bit thin, though, the couple in the room next to me had little kids who enjoyed screaming up through midnight. But the room was otherwise 5-star. And I don't believe I've said that since pre-pandemic.

Why dont u just call the hotel and ask them! Or look on line at the website? Call them tomake sure the pool is open and working!there is a SENSATIONAL ASIAN/CHinese rest right next door! Omg its simply fabulous there
There is an airport shuttle.
You would be better off calling the hotel and asking. They may offer a better rate for an extended stay. Otherwise, you're looking at about $140-160 per night. The rooms are very nice though, with a kitchenette, table, sofa, and separate bedroom. There is also a pool and a small gym. A free breakfast is served daily.
There are no smoking rooms; it has a no-smoking policy. You can stay for a single night or several. Every business takes cash. If you're reserving the room in advance though, you'll need to have a credit/debit card to hold it. They won't charge it until your stay though (or, if you don't show up for your reservation, you may be charged a penalty...not sure about that). Some additional details you might care about: there is a very small fitness room, an indoor pool, and a pretty good breakfast served daily (free of charge).
