He went over and above to help us and when we needed to come back, he set the right expectations on his availability. He continually checked in with us offering his assistance. Due to Juan’s servicing skills we bought 3 items instead of 1. Please find a way to recognize him amongst his peers, shout out to his hiring manager! We certainly will be back. Thank you!

Always a friendly experience at Bob’s. Got an amazing deal from the outlet center with plans of picking it up the next day. With major storms rolling in it was not a problem for them to hold it one more day. Always a great experience. Bought multiple bedroom sets, sofas, mattresses, and more over the years. Hoping there is a Bobs down in Florida when we make the move in a few years!

No pressure from either team member I dealt with (Ru and Ned). I met with Ru when my girlfriend and I were shopping for a couch. Ru was great! She greeted us then gave us time to look around and was available when we had questions. Then she sat down with us and educated us about the different options we had for purchasing (cash, credit, or Bob’s way to pay). She spent time with us that wasn’t rushed or pressured. She even gave us insight on the Goof Proof policy that Bob’s offers and how that works. She gave me all the info I needed to be able to make sure the Playscape couch would fit in the living room and offered to answer any other questions we had. I returned to the store yesterday and Ru was off. I wanted to ensure she got the credit for the sale and that’s were Ned came in. He assured me that she would be credited. He walked me through the order, processed it, answered all of my questions and in about under 20 minutes I was out the door! That’s the fastest I have ever gotten furniture purchased with delivery set up! I’ll be shopping there again for sure!

They have everything that is recommended by CDC. Temp checks upon entry, distancing markers on the floor & sanitizer dispensers for customers. Each employee has masks & each member has shields as the finalize customers orders. Very safe.
Yes they do have lift chairs
LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT make sure it does mot specify sale final no return slso csll the store if ypu found a serious defect they shpuld take it back
They will take away the old one
Cannot reach the store directly, all calls are routed to a call center. You have to jump through tons of hoops to talk to someone.
