Great place to stay and the park is full of security...schedule your next belch or sneeze, and don't even think about f#$ting.

Riverview RV Park does not have any online booking but on their website, they provide two contact numbers, an email address and a reservation inquiry that you may submit. HOWEVER, they do not answer their phone, respond to emails and inquiries and do not return phone messages. I called for three days straight. Nobody picked up the phone, no return phone call and no response to my email.

I stayed at this campground once & it was fine. The second time I wanted to stay I called & left 3 messages to book but no one ever called me back. super frustrating :(

I think rent is a little high but it has a rec. Room and showers and a laundry facility. All a plus if you live in an RV

Do you know how much the rent is for the space open in May?
There are a couple opening up about that time and just before... There's an application and $35 per adult bckgnd/ credit check fee so you will want to stop by prior to that time and fill one out if interested. Thx
Only just now saw your question... Sorry. $475 to $525, first and last up front, 2nd month prorated if you move in any other time than the first of the month. Includes everything but electricity.
Yes...pass a credit check...trailer must be a 1995 or upwards. No as long as you pay rent you can stay as long as you want
At the moment there are no vacancies. This can change rather quickly though, so keep checking back. The rent varies from site to site, 650 to 695 right now, with first month plus deposit to move in. It's basically a month to month lease, but yes, so long as both parties are happy, there's no limit to how long you can stay. We prefer long term, as it makes for a tighter knit community.
It is currently full with a small waiting list. There is a spot for a 2005 or newer, 30' or smaller RV coming up available at the end of August. There is a background and credit check, so anyone interested will want to apply at least a couple weeks in advance.
Children are allowed in Riverview RV Park. We have two to three families with children ranging all ages.
Right now we're completely full, but this can change rather quickly. Most sites right now are between 650 and 695/month, everything included except electricity. That's billed thru PSE per metered address. There is an application fee for background/ credit check of $35 per adult applicant, and move-in is first month plus one month deposit, refundable with proper notice. 2005 or newer RVs only, please.
Not currently, but even though we are mostly long term rental, that can change quickly, so feel free to try back. Thanks for the inquiry.
They're averaging around $650- $695. There are a couple larger ones coming up available most likely by the first, and one available immediately. There is a $35 application fee and a background and credit check... Takes a couple days to process. If youd like to arrange a time to see any of them, text me at 253-248-5376. 2005 or newer please, and no dogs over 30lb.
Currently, no. Nearest possible opening is looking like the first of the year... The direct message button on this site will allow you to direct message the manager for direct phone number, updates, etc..

Too hard to tell this far out, unfortunately. The best I can say is to try back toward the beginning to middle of November. Right now we're full, but things can change very quickly.
Currently full to capacity with long term tenants only, but you can always try back a little closer to the date if you still need a spot, as things change quickly sometimes.
There is one opening for the end of August, but too soon to know about end of September. The one opening is a shorter lot only capable of holding roughly a 28 footer at best.
You would have to call
You can put in an application there maybe one coming available
Not until the end of August. If interested in that one, I would apply a little bit early as there is a background/ credit check plus a lot of inquiries. Thx!
Not for RV'S.
We are completely full at the moment, and save for a very occasional exception, we are long-term only, with a three-month minimum tenancy. Best of luck... There are a few others in the area who would probably be a better fit for you guys.
Wrong person
Cable or satellite can be ordered thru any local service, but there is free WiFi park-wide included with rent.
Yes, there are 2 as of right now, for a 2000 or newer RV. One is $500/mo and the larger one is $525. There's a credit/background check that costs $35 per adult applicant that must be cleared first, then it's first and last to move in. If you're still interested, give a knock on the door of the management house in the top lot, preferably during business hours and we can hook you up with an application. Thanks 😊
There is one up top, but it has been applied for, just not taken yet, and there's another corner spot down below open in a week that will most likely accommodate a 30 footer. They do open up quite suddenly sometimes, and in either case you would still need to apply first... It's $35 per adult applicant for a non-refundable background and credit check, then $500 to $550/month, first and last month deposit to move in. RV must be a 2000 or newer in lower section of the park and 2005 or newer up top. Applications are available on site.
Any openings purchasing rv tommorow
Not right now. You never can tell when one will come available
There's one space available on the 1st for a larger 2005 or newer and must pass a credit/background check. This space is 550/mo and it's first and last up front to move in. Message me if you want an application.
