In the next month there's only one opening and it's one of the shorter sites (accommodates up to about 22 to 24 ft trailers only) and yes, they must be 2000 or newer in the lower circle, and 2005 or newer up top. Prices range from $500 to $550/month and there's a background/credit check that is $35 per adult applicant.
