If you're looking for a place to work. Don't. The PIC is definitely a controlling next level warden. They have no cameras or proof. They pit everyone against each other and overlook way too many things that are illegal. The facility is up kept by 2-4 people a day. Your loved ones don't have the necessary help needed at night. God forbid they have an emergency. Guaranteed they have to be left alone to obtain what's needed or to call for help. Do better. Be better. Fire the warden in charge. She doesn't know how to manage. She just took a test online to manage a company, and it shows.

Quit on my second day. The manager is a joke and so disrespectful. Multiple cases of elderly abuse going on in this place, they arent training anyone correctly, they are ripping off their care givers pay, they arent even showing the care givers the care plans. They are terrible
