Long wait and the service passed us and another couple ahead of us several times without acknowledging our presence. We were seated and our service was kind and turned out order in just in time before they ran out of hamburger. This is a hamburger restaurant...how does that happen?. They turned away customers around 6 pm on a Saturday! I was in awe and shock over this as they told each group that they had no more hamburger meat. Money walked out the door for this restaurant... I guess my suggestion would be go to Safeway across the street and get hamburger meat and serve the customers that are coming in! They do not grind the meat fresh anyway it felt like frozen meat. Besides that the meat the meal was good the milkshakes are delicious. I don't know that I would be back though due to the service.

Giving it one star because the food looked good. We went here and were seated quickly, but the place was chaotic. One server (in another section) seemed to be doing amazing, but the others were just doing things in random order. They forgot they seated us and we had to ask for service after people who were seated after us had already received their food. When I did ask if we could order she was dismissive and didn’t seem to notice how long we’d been waiting for her. She still did 3 or 4 other things before she came to our table. We ordered milkshakes and water and after 20-30 minutes of not getting even our water and having no one check in on us we got up and left. Other people in the restaurant were getting up to go ask for soda refills and pay their bill because the servers were so unmethodical. It was really a hot mess. I wanted to like it cause I love a good diner, but the servers need better training and support. Customer service was awful. I don’t think I’d go back. McDonald across the street has better service.
