I purchased a new phone and moved from another carrier to FirstNet/AT&T. Brandon was great at making sure I got all the promotion credits I qualified for. When there was a problem with my new phone, he made getting a replacement phone under warranty as easy as possible. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because one of the other representatives in the store wasn't very helpful. He was impatient and didn't know much about FirstNet.

Run!!! They trick and trap you. WAY over priced! I paid off our phones and got them unlocked. Before we could change service, my phone broke and I had to use my insurance. They sent a replacement quickly but it was a step down from what I had and it was refurbished, it didn't work right. So I traded in at the store. They claimed it was "free" but now my bill has me locked in for 3 years or $700 even though I had paid off my first phone! Also my husbands phone was unlocked and now it's not. I'm trying to use the app to figure everything out and it keeps signing me out. Beyond over it.

The wife and I bought and activated 2 Samsung S-22 Ultra phones at the AT&T STORE IN Lincoln City, Or. On May 10th 2022 and the Manager Branden hooked us up and helped us above and beyond what most people would do. I highly recommend this outlet. Love our phones as well.

My husband and I visited the AT&T store in Lincoln City, Oregan today. We purchased a pre-paid plan as well as a new Samsung phone at AT&T in Port Angeles, Washington a few days prior. We were not impressed with the sales person in the Washington store. We had questions about the new Samsung phone so visited the Lincoln City store and met Ricky who works there. Ricky was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Very personable and friendly as well. AT&T is very fortunate to have an employee Iike Ricky.
