They push me to do by best and to strive for that little bit extra that makes all the difference in the world. The facility is clean. Members are supplied with personal sanitizer to clean as we go. Best gym in the area for sure. New ownership has already made his mark by installing new pieces of equipment. As a treadmill runner I'm very thankful for the new treadmill belts. Staff is friendly and helpful. They continue to build upon the great sense of community the gym has. And of course, the place is always clean ( I say that even as an before hours gym goer).
