Alot of the beach areas are privately owned. Ok to walk but not available to truly enjoy. There is a walking path and we were able to get some beautiful pictures

It's a gated trailer park, so not exactly open.
Yes I believe there are always lots for sale somewhere in the park.stop in or call the office for more info
